Express shipping on all orders

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
Returns or exchange a product?
No problem!
We sincerely hope you are happy with your CARDER AMSTERDAM purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 days period in an unworn and unused condition.
Return from sale
Sale items can be returned but they will be credited as gift card.
The gift card comes in a code and has no expiration date
Lifetime warranty?
We guarantee to replace your CARDER item if it tarnishes, fades, or accidentally breaks. Simply email us a photo and a brief explanation of the issue, along with your order number, to info@carder-amsterdam.com. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
Please note that our Lifetime Guarantee applies exclusively to jewelry and not to watches. Additionally, we cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged by someone else. Our fair use policy ensures that all customers are treated fairly.
